My work is grounded in a neurodivergent-affirming, relationship-based approach shaped by 9 years in a therapeutic school environment. I focus on meeting you where you are and creating a space that feels flexible, collaborative, and real. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate movement, creative expression, and community-based experiences to support meaningful, lasting growth.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of comfort. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, review confidentiality and informed consent, and explore your goals. You can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to cover everything right away. You’re also encouraged to ask any questions you may have.
